Hands-down one of our favorite places for an appetizer or a few; and for drinks.  The Tuna Shashimi appetizer is amazing, especially wasabi encrusted. The Scallops appetizer is also amazing. A nice wine selection plus good dinners make for a nice evening. XO Bistro is also one of the only places that has the AC on nightly so you can cool off and relax. Add'l photos to follow, but I loved seeing their "hours" for Happy Hour which could have been otherwise written as "All day except 6-10pm"
